Welcome to chelo. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms.

1. General These Terms of Service apply to all customers of chelo 

2. Products All items sold at chelo are handmade. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in size, color, and finish are normal and not considered defects. Product photos are as accurate as possible, but slight color differences may occur due to screen settings.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include consumption tax. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Orders By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Payment Payment is processed securely at the time of order. We accept credit cards and other online payment methods available at checkout.

6. Shipping Orders are shipped within 5 to 10 business days of confirmation. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
