Shipping Policy

Processing Time All chelo products are handmade to order. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped.

Shipping Rates Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Domestic Shipping (Japan) We ship to all prefectures in Japan. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 1–3 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by country (typically 7–21 business days). Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays chelo is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us at cheloskurimoto11@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist.

Lost or Undelivered Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days at cheloskurimoto11@gmail.com
